CAMPS offers a number of different methods for Recording
MIDI data. Depending on the Editors as well as the method you've chosen, CAMPS
works in slightly different ways during Recording in order to provide the most useful
settings for the various situations. |
You can Record in real time, Over-Dub or Step modes in
the Document Window, as well as the Event List, Pianoroll, Control Draw and Notation
Editors.
You can only Record one Track at a time. In the Document Window, the desired
Track must be Armed for Recording. In the Event List, Pianoroll, Control
Draw and Notation Editors, your Track (Line Block) selection has already
been made, so Recording is immediately available. |
CAMPS provides TWO paths to access Recording Control
over MIDI data : |
- Record from the MIDI menu
- Record Control Toolbar
|
CAMPS provides THREE methods for Recording Control over
MIDI data : |
- Record Starts
Real-Time Recording
- OverDub Record Starts

- Step Record Starts

|
